Charge of the Coordinated Entry / Discharge Planning Committee: Make recommendations to the Governing Board regarding discharge planning, ensure that current and appropriate agreements are in place with local institutions that may release individuals into a situation of homelessness, and work toward the outcome of successful release into a housed situation as opposed to homelessness.

Committee Meetings are held quarterly on the third Thursday until otherwise noticed, 9 am – 10:30 am. The meeting will be held in person and via Zoom Teleconference.
