This data dashboard is sourced from the Cal ICH HDIS public website, https://bcsh.ca.gov/calich/hdis.html. The Demographic Data is available for download from People Receiving Homeless Response Services by Age, Race, Ethnicity, and Gender – Datasets – California Open Data.

Most dashboards can be filtered by CoC or for the entire state, and by Calendar Year.

This data dashboard is sourced from the Cal ICH HDIS public website, https://public.tableau.com/app/profile/california.business.consumer.services.and.housing.agency/viz/HHAPReport/Overview, which provides information on how Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention (HHAP), Encampment Resolution Fund (ERF), and Family Homelessness Challenge (FHC) Grant projects serve people, including participant characteristics and project outcomes from 01/01/2023 to 03/31/2025.

At this time, there are no ERF funds received by the County of Mendocino or MCHSCoC

Homeless Equity for Left Behind Populations (HELP) Act

This data dashboard is sourced from the Cal ICH HDIS public website, https://bcsh.ca.gov/calich/help_act.html. The HELP Act outlines key goals to ensure California is making real progress in ending homelessness for domestic violence survivors, their children, and unaccompanied women. These dashboards reflect the experiences of people who accessed homelessness or housing services through providers that participate in HMIS.

Dashboards available on https://bcsh.ca.gov/calich/help_act.html include performance on the following goals for all subpopulations:
- Goal 1: Reducing the Number of People Experiencing Homelessness
- Goal 2a: Decreasing the Duration of Homelessness
- Goal 3: educing the Frequency of Homelessness
- Goal 4: Improving Cross-System Partnerships and Reducing Barriers to Services
- Goal 5: Increasing Exits to Permanent Housing
- Goal 6: Increasing Exits from Unsheltered Homelessness to Sheltered Locations
