Charge of the Homeless Management Information Services (HMIS) / Performance Measurement Committee: Assist the Governing Board in: planning, coordinating, and evaluating the implementation of HMIS; developing and implementing written standards, policies, and documents that pertain to the HMIS requirements and procedures;  collecting and processing data and establishing performance targets and reviewing all reports submitted on behalf of the MCHSCoC; making recommendations to improve local data collection processes; ensuring consistent participation by the recipients and sub-recipients in the HMIS; monitoring recipient and sub-recipient performance and evaluating outcomes; and determining where resources are best utilized and making funding reallocation recommendations.

All meetings are hosted at 747 S. State St., Ukiah – Big Sur Conf Room and via Zoom every second Thursday unless otherwise noticed, 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM
