On December 8, 2025, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) withdrew the 2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Notice of Funding Availability (NOFO). Due to this sudden change, the MCHSCoC Board Chair, Paul Davis, and Vice Chair, Priest Martinez, have called a Special MCHSCoC Board Meeting to decide how to adjust our local competition.
