Charge of the Homeless Management Information Services (HMIS) / Performance Measurement Committee: Planning, coordinating, and evaluating the implementation of HMIS for the MCHSCoC; collecting and processing data for all reports submitted on behalf of the MCHSCoC; recommending performance targets for population and program type; assisting in monitoring recipient and sub-recipient performance and evaluating outcomes; making recommendations to improve local data collection processes; reviewing, revising, and recommending a privacy plan, security plan, and data quality plan for the HMIS; and ensuring consistent participation, including submission of data and data entry, by the recipients and sub-recipients in the HMIS.

All meetings are hosted at 747 S. State St., Ukiah – Big Sur Conf Room and via Zoom, 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM, every second Thursday unless otherwise noticed.
